Available to those 16 years and over and based in Auckland – the next intake starts 4th September – this practical three-component course has been specially developed to capture a new generation of bakers and fill a gap in the craft baking industry.

You’ll measure, calculate and employ essential new skills, including customer service and health and safety, and be supported into work placement on course completion.
