Our Butchery programme is carefully structured, making the training process easy for the apprentice, trainer and employer to follow.
The off-job workshops are kept to a minimum resulting in less downtime for both apprentice and business.

A quick overview of the National Meat Challenges and Awards by RMITO.
The two categories and the winners are below. All 4 winners have either completed their apprenticeships or are currently in apprenticeships where the formal training is delivered by Skills4Work. This is a fantastic result for Blake (our trainer) and Skills4Work.
