Our Retail Training Programmes are designed for people working in the retail industry. They accommodate learners starting out in retail through to people progressing into management.
This study programme opens the door to an exciting career within many diverse sectors.
- These programmes can be delivered via workshops, distance learning or a combination of both.
- We offer mentoring and coaching support to learners throughout the programme.

At the end of the Level 2 programme you will be able to:
- Provide customer service, assist customers to buy goods, understand buying patterns, control stock, and demonstrate product knowledge
At the end of the Level 3 programme you will be able to:
- Demonstrate skills and knowledge relating to staff, customers, product, communication, and administration
- Undertake a range of tasks at a supervisory level
At the end of the Level 4 programme you will be able to:
- Work in supervisory or management roles in a retail environment
- Plan, organise, and manage yourself and other people in a retail environment
