Our National Certificate in Business Programmes are designed to provide leaders of frontline teams, or those aspiring to be leaders in their industry with the necessary skills and tools to effectively lead their teams to excellent performance.
- These programmes can be delivered via workshops, distance learning or a combination of both.
- We offer mentoring and coaching support for your learners throughout the programme.

These programmes lead to national qualifications in Business First Line Management.
At the end of the Level 3 programme you will:
- Be able to demonstrate the essential skills of being an effective team leader, supervisor, or charge hand
- Have developed your communication and team building skills, and the management principles of quality
At the end of the Level 4 programme you will be able to:
- Demonstrate the skills and knowledge expected of those who are responsible for managing people, resources and/or projects
