About Us
Skills4Work is a consolidation of three organisations, CTNZ (Career Training New Zealand) a NZQA registered training provider of training, ATNZ (Apprentice Training New Zealand) New Zealand’s largest group employer of engineering apprentices and registered MAC (Modern Apprenticeship Co-ordinator), and sales & support resources from the Competenz ITO (Industry Training Organisation).
Skills4Work was formed in January 2007 with the goal of providing flexible and effective Training and Workforce Solutions to assist individuals and NZ business to lift their skills and productivity.

- Making it easier for companies to take on an apprentice
- Mentoring and supporting every apprentice to become a qualified tradesperson
- Promoting apprenticeship career paths to secondary school students through our [Tools4Work] initiative
- Promoting clusters of companies that will rotate apprentices
